Shall be comprised of five (5) elected officers filling the following positions; President, Vice President of Competition, Secretary, Treasurer and Registrar.
President
To preside at all Club Meetings and to oversee all committees. The President will also serve as liaison to MRSA. The President shall be responsible for all Club responsibilities and shall enforce order and strict compliance with the bylaws and policies of the Club. The President shall be authorized to sign all vouchers for payment of bills for the expenses of the Club.
Vice President of Competition
Oversees coaches training, coaches reps, tryouts and coach selection. In the absence of the President, the Vice President shall perform the duties of the President, assuming and holding all rights and privileges of the office. The Vice President shall attend any function to which the President is delegated but is unable to attend. If the position of President becomes vacant prior to the end of the term, the Vice President shall assume the role until the next Annual General Meeting elections. The interim President will then present a nomination for appointment to fill the Vice Presidents position at the next months General Board Meeting. The General Board will need a simple majority action to affirm the nomination.
Secretary
Shall take charge of all papers, books, and correspondence for MRFC. He or she shall read all correspondence at meetings and take the minutes of the meetings in a bound log book for permanent record. The Secretary shall record the results of all elections and voting and maintain the bylaws and policies of the Club. The Secretary shall provide notice to General Members on all issues as directed by the Executive and General Boards. The Secretary shall forward to his/her successor all documentation in his/her possession pertaining to his/her duties and actions.
Treasure
Shall receive all fees, revenues and assessments of the Club; deposit all monies in a bank approved by the Executive Board and draw and sign all vouchers as approved by the Executive Board. The Treasurer shall prepare a monthly financial statement and shall pay all authorized bills as shown. The Treasurer shall submit the books to the Board for their audit and approval on request. Notify all members who are delinquent in their fees or assessments and report to the General Board, in writing, the names of those in arrears at the monthly General Meetings. The Treasurer shall prepare and present the Annual Tax Statement, 1099s and other appropriate reports to the Executive and General Boards. The Treasurer shall forward to his/her successor all the documentation in his/her possession pertaining to his/her duties and actions.
Registrar
Shall include, but not limited to, coordination and completion of all player registration in accordance with WSYSA and MRSA rules and regulations. To provide a liaison between MRFC and the MRSA Registrar in completing all required registrations for league and tournament play as needed for all Club teams. To stay current on all changes in registration rules and to have all required documents pertaining to Registrar duties kept in an orderly fashion including Risk Management Assessment forms. The Registrar shall forward to his or her successor all documentation in his or her possession pertaining to his or her duties as Registrar.
