Players,

Welcome to the Mt. Rainier FC Registration Page,

Before proceeding, please remember to select the option on your internet browser to allow popups otherwise you will not be able to continue.

For New Members: Select the option No, I do not have a member account and follow the instructions that Bonzi provides. Once you have an account, register your player in the system.  

For Returning Members: If you are returning to MRFC and do not remember your username and password, please select the option I forgot my account information. The system (bonzi) will then send you an email with your username/password.  After receiving your username/password return back to the MRFC player registration page and login.  Once inside the Members Home page, please remember to update your players personal information as this may have changed from the previous season.  

For All Players (New and Returning): After registering your player, please return to the MRFC website and print out the following forms:  Code of Conduct Form, Medical Release Form (must be notarized), Photo Release Form, Washington Youth Soccer Birth Date Verification Form (if you are a returning MRFC player and completed this form in the 2009/2010 season, this does not apply to you).  Please complete these forms and give to your MRFC team manager or MRFC coach.  All players must turn in these forms to be considered eligible to participate in any team functions.
